ChRiStMaS!!!!!

So I had a really great Christmas. All I wanted was to just be with family. And I got that. Christmas Eve night I went to my aunt Teresa's for our annual Hawaiian Christmas Eve. My dad and Kayla couldn't come, because they went to Kayla's parents house. But everyone else was pretty much there. We had dinner, and played with the kids. Then got ready for our program. Complete with scripture reading and Christmas carols. Not just any Christmas carols, these are also Hawaiian Christmas carols. Yes you heard right. My family is from Hawaii, so we have a little twist in our Christmas. It was awesome. After that I made my way to Kayla's parents house. They were so sweet, and even gave me a present. :) I then went to my dad's and started to wrap all of my presents to everyone, which I hate doing.

Christmas morning was awesome. My parents woke me up at 8am...eh...I'm not a morning person, nor do I like being woken up, but it was ok. We just spent time unwrapping presents and then ate some breakfast, then played wii, that my dad got for Christmas.

I then made my way to Trin's moms house for Christmas, and to say hi. I then just spent the rest of the day at my apt (the weather was too bad to go anywhere else), and then around 8 I went to my cousins Kathryn's house and watched Kung Fu Panda. Yes that's right. We are so cool like that. lol.

update

So life has been pretty intense lately. My aunt Kristi got re diagnosed with her cancer. It's really bad. I think there is only one treatment option. If she doesn't try that, they are giving her only 9 months. She has two little kids. A daughter Courtney, who is 12 and a son Carson who is 9. The kids are taking it rather well. And last Friday I had Courtney and our cousin Sydney over who is also 12. We just all hung out, ate popcorn and watched a couple movies. But I feel as the oldest cousin on that side, that I really need to step up my game and make sure that these kids know that I'm there for them. Especially Courtney. Sense I lost my mom at 13, I know exactly what she is going through, and what she will go through, if worst comes to worst. So all I can do is have faith that everything will turn out the way it should.

My friend Laura came into town from New Hampshire for a few days over the weekend. We have had so much fun together. We also haven't seen eachother for the last year and a half. So we definitely had to catch up on some pics.





Sunday night we went up to temple square to see the lights. Got to, its Christmas and its Utah. haha

Thanksgiving!

I love Thanksgiving!!! It's one of my favorite holidays. And I really took advantage this year because last year I worked all day at the nursing home. So this year I was so excited to get together with family and friends. I started on Wednesday night spending the night with my friend Heidi. We just stayed up watching Bones till about 5 am. lol. That morning I got ready at Kayla's house with my dad. I couldn't stay for food cuz I had made plans at my uncles house already. So I ate at my uncles with my grandpa and all of my cousins. It was a lot of fun. My family is pretty odd, so it really keeps things entertaining. :) I then headed over to my friends Lori and Sues, and ate as much as I could without completely bursting! lol. It was a great Thanksgiving!

Twilight

Obviously I went to see twilight at 12:01am :) My dads ward (my old one) rented out a theater, so of course I was invited. It was great seeing a lot of my old ward members. And Alies's mom was here from Australia with her friend Joe. So it was awesome to have that experience with all of them. We wont talk about the movie. Even though I've seen it 3 times already, I still have mixed feelings about it. :)

I have the greatest best friend ever! I just get so happy knowing she is in my life, and my spirits get so lifted when we hang out or talk. We are the same person. And I really mean that. Her name is Bree and we think the same, and do everything the same! And whenever we get together we just have to take a million pics. So here are some of the new ones.

So I usually don't do anything for Halloween. I'm not into dressing up anymore, and I usually just stay home. But this year I decided to dress up and have fun with it. I went to a couple of work parties, and then to my dads for dinner, and then to my friends Halloween party.
